so when i try to run louncher i duble click on it and nothing.. i also tryed to run JacksKO but i cant connect to the server there.. dunno what the problem is but i expect help

In that folder u have a a file named Server.ini open that and there u have Ip0 = 12.2151.00 or someting like that . Delete that and write tasoko.no-ip.org . U need to have there someting like this:
[Server] Count=1 IP0=tasoko.no-ip.org
[VERSION] Files=1299
